Achieving and maintaining your health and fitness goals efficiently requires a holistic approach. We cannot focus exclusively on exercise while ignoring diet. Modern genetic science allows me to tailor both diet and exercise to what will work best for YOUR body. 
 
I focus on defining, explaining and maintaining approaches that are achievable, given the constraints that apply to each individual. 
 
I will identify the style of training that your body will respond to best. There is no standard “one programme fits all”, each approach is unique. 
 
I will also prescribe a diet that fits easily into your lifestyle and which, along with exercise, will work effectively and efficiently with your own unique DNA to achieve results in weight management, fitness and general wellbeing.
